Service points. Loo emptying area.

The latest ruling (by the club or the water board!) is that the hosepipe for cleaning the sluice and filling one's loo for rinseing  is now NO MORE!  I did not find the 'modern' water jets very efficient. I have been told this is to stop children from filling
up the drinking water container from the tap by the sluice !!!!! Where are the parents?  So now I carry a 2nd hosepipe to attach to the tap provided. Can somebody tell me  what this ruling has achieved. Nothing Except
that the sluice is not very clean and apparently the wardens are now having to clean it every day. Typical modern day progress!!
