Old Tom Joad

We plan on staying at the Cherry Hinton site for a day in Cambridge but would like some suggestions as to where to travel to using this site as a base. We like sea side visits and Historic, picturesque towns ! We've been to Aldeburgh (fantastic fish and
chips, best ever) and Southwold. Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved !
