Splashback defective or not?
We own a 2014 Swift Fairway 584 (Challenger Sport) which has the illuminated splashback. Towards the end of 2014 we noticed a small crack appear on the lower edge behind the cooker. On travelling the crack became larger and spread through the lower section
to the window gap. We went to our local Swift dealer who contacted Swift to apply for a warranty claim for this to be repaired. Swift have declined this stating that it is not a manufacturer fault but that my wife has obviously hit it with something.
Please has anyone else come across this problem?
