Lowdhams Service Experience......?
Has anyone on here any views on using Lowdhams Huddersfield for servicing? I had a warranty repair on the 'mover last month and just had the van in for service. They increasingly give the impression they are running the service section for the staff not
customers. I had arranged to pick my van up this morning but asked to change it to late this afternoon. Their response is they finish at 5.00pm so last pick is 4.00pm..... because they are busy, have lots pf paperwork to do and so on. This is not the first
time I have had this and frankly I am not interested in their problems. When I take my car in for servicing I can pick it uo at 6.00pm (and often later) with all the paperework done, where is Lowdhams customer service or is it me? This is only a summary, other
issues being 'phone calls not returned, having to chase for info on repairs/work and so on.....
