Christmas Mystery

For the last few years I've had the pleasure of driving across Fylingdales Moor. This is a barren remote place as well folk who know it will testify. Now here is the mystery, along the side of the road there are the very occasional wind swept fir trees which, at this time of year are being elaborately decorated with tinsel and baubles! Now the question is who is doing this and do similar things happen around your neck of the 'woods'?
