Bailey Customer Service - superb!!!!!
I have previously made posts about Baileys Rubbish customer service and poor build quality and feel it only fair to rectify this with my most recent experience.
Our van developed a crease to the offside front window surround in autum 2013 which we reported to this to our local dealer who wanted the van in for Bailey rep to inspect.
We were then told the van would need to be returned to the factory for repair, no problem but we were not willing to lose the van while we still had bookings to use.
This was no problem and the rapair was scheduled for the end of January our storage period for the van.
The van was collected by bailey on 20th Jan 2013 and returned to our dealer 4 weeks later.
Here is a list of the work
Complete new roof to repair the front crease
new rooflight x4
New n/s due to damage fitting roof
New awning rails to both sides
New front corner panels
New door frame
All known mods carried out to sealing
Full damp test
The van was returned in immaculate condition with a full report of all woks carried out
4 weeks door to door and returned in a fully valeted state is how all caravan companys should operate
