Water Leak Cold Water Tap Supply Pipe

I have a leak (spurting from small hole) in the chrome flexi pipe leading to the kitchen mixer tap (cold water).  Can just the pipe be replaced?  Also, can I safely run the pump to supply hot water only or will it pressure up the cold water pipe?  To that
end, can anyone local to Rugby/Banbury recommend a mobile plumber as it is beyond me.
