I've just been reading a thread called LACK OF FEEDBACK (their shouting, not mine, sorry) and it occurs to me that there seems to be different interpretations of exactly what and who, Club Together Discussions are for. It clearly says (on the Where to Start page) ...

The aim of Club Together is to bring people who have a passion for caravanning, motorhoming or trailer tenting together to share experiences, hints and tips and form lasting friendships.

I read that as meaning it is for US, the members, to chat to each other and give advice and tips and generally share our experiences. It seems others regard it as a facility to talk to the Club and they often get upset when the Club don't join in and chat straight back to them. With the exception of Rowena, whose job it is to watch over us and feedback anything relevant, I think it is worth mentioning that all those others at HQ have a day job to do and cannot be waiting around reading our forum, just in case someone wants an instant answer to a problem (or even an acknowledgement that we have one) I think Rowena is doing her very best to help as many as possible (and others, above and beyond the call of duty possibly) but perhaps we should all try and learn to be a bit more patient and give them some time to respond. I know this internet lark seems so instant, but remember the poor workers who have to continue with their day job at the same time please Laughing
