First trip out!

Wondered if anyone could recommend a nice site within about 50 mile radius of Sheffield for our first trip in campervan. Would like to be on a quiet site but with all amenities so that we can try out hook ups etc, and near decent pub, also either good walks
or links to public transport as we don't want to be driving about. Excited! Thanks for any ideas.
