Houses with caravan/motorhome sized garages

Does anyone know of houses being built with garages long and high enough for a caravan or motorhome?

There are over 1 million of us in the UK .... why aren't builders thinking about this?

We, personally, don't need a large house.... but a house with a mobile extension complete with beds, cooker, toilet and fridge would be jolly handy for visitors.

I was hoping to add a pic showing an example of such a house ( in the US) but don't know how to attach it!
