Motorhome bed slat runners

I have a month old Swift Escape and have broken the plastic bed slat runner . I only knelt on the end of the bed  (fully made up ) and the bed gave way , the plastic !! runner had snapped . Two questions , has anyone else had these break so easily ? And
where to source a new one ( having difficulty even through Dealer ) . Also they are saying cost will be around €50 !! If they can match the profile up .

    I am confident Swift will have a part number. Ask on Swift Talk, I have found the Swift staff very helpful. Regards Roy
