Adults Only, Royal Vale Caravan Park
We arrived at the Royal Vale Affiliated club site 18:00 on a Friday night to learn that the site is adults only. We had a baby in arms who was due a feed and at first was refused entry. The Owner/ Manager took pity and found a solution and became very helpful.
However, I do feel mislead by their own web sites homepage which states “With activities for all the family, there's something for everyone at Royal Vale Caravan Park” and no mention that the park is ADULTS ONLY. Even their "about us" page has no mention that
the park is ADULTS ONLY. The landing page from the Caravan Club search also fails to mention ADULTS ONLY and offers a link direct to the parks own web site. CC web site does mention ADULTS ONLY if you go to review page. I had missed this and clicked through
to the Royal Vale Caravan Parks own web site. I am not getting into the blame game here and I have learnt my lesson. But I do feel that the ADULTS ONLY stipulation could be made clearer for all, by both parties. I do hope that the CC could consider rectifying
this to help others
