Slow water flow to kitchen tap

I am on site this weekend and I have just set the water up. I am getting a really slow flow of water out the kitchen tap. All other taps are fine. The water pump comes on and off when using the kitchen tap as if there is a connection fault. This does not happen with the other taps.

I have a bailey unicorn Madrid series 1.

Any suggestions for a fix will be most welcome.
