Onboard water pump - Bailey Unicorn Madrid 2012

We have been using our new Bailey Unicorn Madrid 2012 since new in October last year. The caravan is fantastic except for on thing.

The onboard water pump runs constantly on occasion and sometimes comes on during the night. I have researched this problem online and running the water on hot then switching to cold seems to solve it for a while. I have drained the water system down using
the Floe system after each trip in the winter.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? What have you done to solve it? I am hoping it is not a trip to the dealer to fix.
