Drive away awning advice please

Hi all, we're new to motorhome life having previously been tent campers.  We're looking to get a drive away awning for additional space, storage and for somewhere for the cat to live  

Have a few questions:

We're looking at an awning of 3.7m total length (3m width) - do most pitches with awning cater for this size or would we be restricting ourselves too much? Inflatable or not? We have a Bailey Compact Approach 540 and are looking at the Movelite Pro XL Classic,
or Khyam Excelsior 780, or Vango Air Away Kela Tall, or Movelite Oxygen 2XL.
