been back a week now from two weeks in ireland. first site about 30mile from belfast ac&cc site by a big park. clean and freindly staff which helps. then went to lough arrow adult site.again clean and friendly and the owner went the extra mile by havin a
games room and would also supply breakfasts in it. the next site was in galway, sitehill, right on galway bay with terriffic views but the toilets were a disaster. old wooden doors with rusty bolts on them all tiled so i think they just hosed them down to
clean them. pay extra for a shower extra for hot water. the pitches were all tarred and had drains so no complaints about them. the warden was not so friendly as he could be and should learn to smile. off to tipperrary and glen of aherlow.i doubt if there
is a friendlier and more helpful warden of a site going about. this guy helps you pitch if you want it, gave discount as we were staying 4 nights he would give you the shirt of his back. the local pub as well, the punters were so friendly welcoming. my second
stay there and will not be my last. then two nights at camac near dublin, again very freindly staff, a nice site but again let down by the toilet block. that was it ,back to the ferry, home and then the workhouse. roll on sept and york here i come
