Autotrail Apache 2014 Fridges

Hi all, picked up new motorhome in May and the fridge alarm keeps going off when it likes, i.e either full or empty.I spoke with a techy where I bought it and they say the door has to click on the at all tiimes and it must be me..!

Has anyone else had the same problem?
