First time ralliers need friends...

Does anyone else think that this forum would be a great way to pair up first timers with old-hands on rallies. I have posted no end of times on other threads about what to expect on a rally for newbies, and have often thought well if I knew which centre
they were going with I might know someone I can ask to look out for them.

Perhaps if they posted on here when they were about to take the plunge something could be done to ask for help when they get there ? Perhaps along the lines of...First Timer, I'm considering such and such a centre for the first weekend in August, anyone
else going ?
