What am i missing ??

I just want to pump up the tyres on my caravan. They require 65psi but are currently at 53 psi and 40 psi. my original 12v pump died when attempting to inflate so after doing much research i purchased a Ring RAC630, This works fine on my car tryes but when
plugged into my caravan it shows the current psi but when switched  on nothing happens ???. Im at my wits end. I just want a pump ANY pump that will work! What am i doing wrong ? I dont even mind a foot pump as long as it works ! Any advice MUCH appreciated.
I am taking my outfit out next month so need to get it sorted soon.
