Uncomfortable bed in new caravan

The last two replies state how fantastic the Duvalay mattress is which makes me wonder why their beds are so uncomfortable at home?
The are numerous threads on different forums on how uncomfortable the Duvalay mattress is and wondering why caravan manufacturers have chosen Duvalay. The after sales service is totally rubbish and I still have emails to prove this!
Where did I say my bed at home was uncomfortable? What does the bed at home have to do with the very comfortable Duvalay mattress in our Sterling Continental 570?
Internet forum reviews are a good source of info, but invariably people post negatives than positives on them. Or post only when they have a problem, and often don't update the outcome.
Did you get sorted for Norn Hill on your return as your thread
'Unable to make a booking?'
in the UK Sites & Touring section, earlier in the week?
In case you missed it I thanked the staff member for sorting out the issue regarding the booking.
As per the bed, I apologise as there was supposed to be a smiley after the comment as I was inferring that your bed at home must be very uncomfortable if you consider a Duvalay mattress comfortable!
Glad you got sorted for Norn Hill.
The duvalay is very comfortable, as is the bed at home. We call our Continental 570 an apartment on wheels.

Sorry to be pedantic but it is Morn Hill. We did look at the Continentals last year and also the other Swift models, but OH did not like the colour scheme. Who am I to argue?

Which just goes to show how individual we are. We went for the Continental for the modern colour scheme, over the Elegance with it's old fashioned colour scheme that was reminescent of my dads 1960's Sprite 400 in our opinion. The 2016 model Continental
would not have got our order with the darker colour scheme. Funny old thing is tasteWhen we were looking to change from a custom built MH that had schemes similar to yachts we looked at every caravan on the market and only found the Continental to be suitable, primarily due to the modernity. Most reviews we saw / read like on Practical
Caravan here http://www.practicalcaravan.com/reviews/caravan/31792-sterling-continental-570 in respect of the colour scheme. We wanted a modern looking caravan with a fixed bed and hopefully watertight!!We have been happy with it thus far. In fact I'm writing a one year article on it and will put it up when the first service is done just before the 1st birthday, end of July.
