AlKo Secure Wheel Lock Alignment

Can anybody suggest a jack for aligning the Alko Secure Wheel |Lock on a 2011 single axle caravan.

I always seem to get the tyre valve in exactly the same spot lined up with the bolt receiver when arriving at a pitch!!!!!!
