Twin axle wheel locks on site

We have a twin axle caravan and when arriving on site always have a problem fitting the two wheel locks, sometimes having to jack the van up to get the wheel in the right position.   I have seen an advert for a Thatcham wheel lock which does not need to
be pushed through into a point behind the wheel to secure it. I want to know if it is worth getting one to two of these to save the hassle when on site.

How do other twin axle owners cope? Do you always put the locks on when on site? I am aware that some only put one lock in position, but that may invalidate your insurance. Would be interested in hearing other people's points of view. Thanks.
