Site Night Voucher Problems

Seems there are big problems with Site Night Vouchers being stolen before they reach Members.

I am now awaiting a THIRD despatch of vouchers which were first redeemed on 13 March, after the first two deliveries were not received.

After the first despatch went astray, I was advised that there has been a 'big problem' with non-delivery, but that a full investigation had been made and the problem resolved.

Well apparently not because the second lot didn't arrive either.

The Club must stand to loose a lot of revenue here through the use of stolen vouchers.

I wonder what the Club are doing about this fiasco.
