Best site in Norfolk

We are looking to spend a week or so in Norfolk, which is an area of the country neither of us know. We like to be near a village or town or atleast in walking distance of a pub. We would like to vist the Broads but we have also heard the North Norfolk coast
is nice. Any recommendations for a site would be appreciated - many thanks
