I have spent the day Surfing

So how did i do that have i made a miracle recovery from the virus Nope, but i have a great Son

He turned up at the van this morning with a tandem stand up paddle board and said "Lets go surfing pops"

So off we went, he paddled us out and i knealt on the front of the board, once we caught a wave he helped pull me to my feet and helped me balance i have had a great day back on the water he is a good boy
