Cannot access the free Club website using Safari

When I open the wi-fi on my IPhone using the Safari browser it immediately recognises the Club wi-fi and the AirAngel log in page appears with the invitation to use or buy a voucher. Why can I not access the Club website for free like I can using my laptop?
Anyone know why or if there is a fix.
