Dome headed metal pegs wanted

I have a breathable groundsheet for outside our motor home and am trying to find the dome headed metal groundsheet pegs to use with it but cannot find any on the internet or at my local suppliers. I can get the plastic ones but as I intend to use the motor home abroad on hard sites I wanted the metal ones and did not really want to use the screw in ones.  I wanted the domed type as I hope it will be less of a trip hazard. Can anyone help with sourcing these.
