Disability car?

Hi, we have a kia sportage now but we have got to change the car for one that is for disabled. my son has cerebral palsy and we need one that we can push him into so he does not have to get out. what is the best make and type as we need it to tow our baily
ranger caravan 4 berth 520/4.
