Maxview

Hi,  Ihave a Maxview sat and can, t get signal, there are no lights on the finder, they flash on and off if you play with it. There is power in the cable as I have a seprate sat finder and that lights up. If I buy an lmb can I connect straight to it, will
it work? Have e mailed Maxview twice but they have not bothered to answer. E mailed German Maxview at least they answered, take it back to your dealer. We are not home untill August then they will get both barrels. Any advice would be great.       Thanks in
