Connecting Blown Air Heater outlet to porch awning

Our porch awning is too small to enclose the warm air outlet for our awning. Although I wouldn't want to keep it on for long it would be nice to be able to take the chill off the air if we wanted to have a late meal in the awning or breakfast outside of
the caravan early before the outside air temperature has warmed up. Is there a kit you can buy to put on the caravan outlet nozzle that can extend the warm air into the awning?
