I'm not familiar with the Swift mount, but, the one fitted to my Rapido has a standard VESA attachment which bolts directly to the rear of the TV. I would expect the Swift to be the same or similar, although if it's second hand there is always the chance
some importants parts have been "retained".

They are not that good. Bin the bits and buy a new one from Amazon / Ebay

Even shops such as B&M and Home Bargains now stock them so you can take a look before you spend your tenner.

I would stick with the mount fitted as it will have the correct support for the walls but the TV mount of a cheap alternative should still work. It would help though if you could establish the make of the bracket.

You could try the assistance section of the Owners Club website and see if they can help.

    Hi Patrick,

We bought a Swift van earlier this year and it came with the black plate fitted by Swift at the factory.    Also, in the wardrobe we had two boxed Vision swivel arm brackets for the lounge and bedroom area.    We just recently bought an Avtex TV from our
dealer and, as quoted earlier, the vesa fitting for the tv mount was no problem but the small bolts supplied by Vision to fit the vesa brackets were far too small.     Swift should have supplied these with the back plate but our dealer fitted mine for me at
no further cost, it was all done in 10 minutes and we called in on route on a trip away.    I am also in Somerset and my dealer is Highbridge Caravans.
