We acquired this 2014 awning with the caravan we purchased in Feb.  The previous van owner had bought it but hadn't used it as she decided to exchange her van for a motorhome.  So second owners but first users.  First 3 uses of if were of 5 days (2), 12
days (1).  Fiddly to erect because of the position of the valves at the base of each leg, but otherwise OK.  We have been in Cornwall for a month, in mainly hot weather and to our dismay, where the window blinds were rolled down during the day, a brown stain
has appeared on each one at the position were the fold is against the perspex outer window.  Also the inside of the roof has gone from white to yellow.  We are non smokers.  Also, even though the legs were fully inflated and rigid, if a wind blew sideways
onto the awning, the leg on that side would bend inwards half way up even when the guylines were in place.  Has anyone else experienced anything similar with a Vango airbeam.  I have been in touch with Vango  but their first response was "you are not the original
owners", so we can't help you.   After an email exchange they have now asked for pictures of the staining to show their technical team and I have emailed them today.  They couldn't tell me why the legs would bend when buffetted by a wind though.
