White finish on caravan kitchen doors

We are thinking it is time to change our 18 year old caravan.  It has served us well, but is looking "tired."  However, due to width restriction at home we are limited to only one choice and model that is the Lunar Ariva.  Lovely little van, but was disappointed
to see that the current model has white melamine finish on the doors in the end kitchen.  I know I am sleeping in my kitchen when in a caravan, but I really don't want it to look as if I am.  Does anyone else share my aversion for the kitchen white look, or
is it just me?
