2wd or 4wd??

Currently looking at changing our car and have narrowed it down to a Ford Kuga or Hyundai IX35. The Kuga is favourite due to its higher power output and torque and also the build quality seems to be better (Greatful for any opinions on these two cars).

Anyways the question I am really looking for advice on is whether it is worth going for 2wd or 4wd/awd? I am yet to get stuck with my current Bmw rwd, but then I havent been on any wet grassy pitches as yet! I know many people who have towed with 2wd cars
without any problems but while I have a choice I would be greatful for any advice.
