Scotland tour, roads to take

I am planing a trip to scotland towing a 20ft caravan and would like some advice on roads to take. Is it possable to go from Braemar, east along A93 to Dinnet, up A97 to Rhynie onto A941 to Craigellachie onto the A95 to Grantown on Spey bypassing A939 which
has some steep gradients instead of dropping south onto the A9 then onto Grantown on Spey.
