Air Awnings good or Bad

I have just got back from couple of weeks away, Using my Vango air awning for the first time. I bought this because I thought it would be easier to erect as I have a heart condition, But is it me, or are they not as easy as we are lead to believe. Mine is
a 280 (two front windows)  but  I wasn't able to inflate it myself, The pumping looks so easy on their web site, but luckily two helpful chaps from the site  saw me struggleing and came to my rescue..Both agreeing how difficult it was So wondering if I am
the only one who struggles ??
