Snooper Satnav Caravan Edition

Hi, has anyone purchased one of these Snooper Caravan Club sat nav  are they as good as they claim .?? Do they keep you off narrow roads etc I've had a couple of mishaps with my Tom Tom but always read my handbook for the last leg of my journey. any
info would be greatly appreciated.
