CL near Stockton

Hi, Does anyone know of a Cl close to stockton ? The Whitewater site closed until August for a refurb.

    We stayed at a CL called Elham Market Gardens on Bank Holiday Weekend just South of Middlesbrough and Stockton and within Walking distance of a lovely market town called Stokesley.  However, due to the amount of rain during recent weeks the CL was closed.
     The CL looked lovely if you like basic.  Nice size pitch of grass, very flat and surrounded by a hedge.

    Due to the CL being closed we ended up on a small commercial site the the owner runs over the lane.  Probably about 30 pitches with hard standing in the form of gravel pitches. At first we were a bit apprehensive as it wasn't what we expected but we ended
    up having a lovely weekend.   It wasn't up to the standard of CC Sites (from pictures I have seen as I have always used CLs) and certainly not as nice as the C: but for £10 a night (extra if over 10 units of elec used per day) it was absolutely fine as a back
    up to the CL and a good base to explore Teeside area.

    There's a CL at Guisborough, Hoy La Hay Farm, No.1840 in Site Directory. All grass so would be essential to check if ok. Good dog walk through farm, but care needed when approaching as farm drive is on a tight bend and the CL sign is not easily spotted.
    Not too far from Stockton.
