Club Signage

I know that the club has decided to do away with a lot of the signage around the sites like 'everybody loves your dog on a lead' and so on.  I wonder if this has been extended to the signage in the laundry rooms which instructs pospective users of this service
not to wash or dry 'Pet Bedding' in the machines provided.  The last two sites I visited, namely Richmond Hargill House and Knaresborough, both had this signage missing.  On pointing this out to the relevant wardens I got the following responses.

In Richmond Hargill House (where the tunble dryer was full of grit and other rubbish) I was told 'I am only here temporary as I am covering for the regular warden.  Tell him when he returns in 2 days time.  Well the message seems to have got through to the
regular warden as the sign went up on the day that he returned.  Why the stand in warden could not spend 5 minutes putting up the sign himself I do not know.

At Knaresborough, the warden informed me that she was too busy to bother with the sign as people do not take any notice of it anyway.

I think that this signage is important as, if it is visible, you can stop people from doing what is prohibited.  If there is no signage people will not know what they can and cannot do.  I wonder what the club's reaction to this will be?
