Help with jockey wheel winding?

Having had a few problems with my hands and elbows over the last year, I've been diagnosed with osteoarthritis. I caravan on my own and so the motor mover has been wonderful help and I'm now getting a drill for winding the steadies. However, I did have problems
last weekend winding the jockey wheel up and down as it really started to hurt my elbows and I can foresee a time when it will cause problems with my hands and wrists.

Does anyone know of any mechanical work-around for the jockey wheel winding?
