Whilst walking along the seafront in Gorleston yesterday came accross this single wheatear, first time I've seen one here so think it's a stop off before hitting the migration trail.  These incredible birds have been tracked flying 1500 miles in 30 hours
non stop, amazing average  of 50 mph
