Caravan theft

Hi, we unfortunately had our Swift Utopia stolen 3weeks ago. The delightful people who took it came armed with oxy/acetylene cutting gear to get through the hitch lock and the wheel clamp.....so they knew what they wanted!! 

We are now waiting for the insurance company to get in touch so we can at least start looking for a new caravan.   No doubt we aren't the only people to have their caravan stolen so I am wondering what experiences anyone else has had with insurance companies
and how long we can expect to wait for a payout.
