As it is only on page 1 there is probably not much that can be done about it. It was probably some emoticons that it could not digest, that killed it.

No specific evidence for this thread. However, I have done it accidentally myself on another thread. Happened twice so I am pretty sure what caused it. I was able to recover those as there was more than one page. So by posting blanks it was possible to force
    it onto the next page.

The same thing just happened to me on another thread. I really resent being told that I might have typed the web address incorrectly when I haven't

Come to think of it, it was probably the same thread.

I posted as previously this website crashed losing the CL details, pages were crashing just prior to. I was kind of hoping the CC IT bods might have realised Tongue Out

There had been 2 other threads started today on error messages, but no detail of the pages that crashed.

Sort of self help for CT users Tongue Out

Now getting an Error Message on a posting I reponded to yesterday......Wind breakers..... When will the new version of CT be along or have "the powers that be" decided to ditch it?

iPad emoticons definitely crash this website, individual pages at least. A long standing problem.
