Power movers

A mate of mine is importing a tag axle american van.  He says that the supplier has informed him that they can't fit a mover to the van so he is looking for an alternative.  I looked at an advert for Power Movers, tracked mover that fits to the tow hitch
of the van but they all seem to have a weight limit of 1500kg.  Anyone had any experience of these? I advised him to fit a tow hook to the front of his tow vehicle
