reich tap body leaks

can anyone tell me if you can change the casset [the bit where the water go's in and comes out of the spout]and also the swivel spout assembly on a reich kama kitchen tap ,mine has started to leak from the rusted away grub screw that holds the spout onto
the tap body ,thanks
