Honda towing electrics no good for new caravans

I have had several exchanges with Honda's head office who now finally confirm that Honda's towing electrics are incompatible with new caravans with LEDs. There is currently no timetable for introducing any solution. This renders my CRV unable to tow my new
caravan. New Honda purchasers beware! Ensure you don't have Honda's own towing electrics fitted.
