Membership Payment

I would like to know why the Caravan Club do not facilitate members to pay for their memberships direct from their own bank accounts? I do not want to set up Direct Debits, nor send cheques through the unreliable post or have to pay whereupon i have to keep
inputting my bank details, but I would like the facility to make my own payments direct from my own online bank account, therefore requiring the bank details from The Caravan Club.  Surely in 2013 as with most other organisations this would not be too difficult
to set up? I pay all my bills this way, so why can the Caravan Club not modernise its system to accommodate those of us who bank this way?
