Power Mover

Hi all - new to this so bare with me if I am in wrong forum. I have a power mover fitted to my van and all is ok when testing the unit not connected to the wheels (manual connection) when i connect it is all OK going forward but in reverse it will only operate
one wheel, does any please have any suggestions...thanks. Ray
