Sun cover for caravan windows

Can anyone tell me where I can find taylor made covers that fit outside caravan windows when they are open? When you are abroad you see them on lots of vans, but I have have not seen them in the UK. On very hot days, when you have the windows open they realy
help keep the sun/heat off the open window.
