LOST MEMBERSHIP CARDS

Hi, can anyone please advise, we are due to arrive on caravan club site tomorrow but im am unable to locate my membership cards. Does anyone know what other documents would be acceptable on site, I have printed my confirmation booking that shows my membership
number and have my driving license to confirm my ID.
